麻豆社Cymru Wales was established in 2003 in response to the evolving distinctiveness of the post-devolution health and economic agenda in Wales.
麻豆社Cymru Wales and its members work collaboratively with Welsh Government, NHS Wales, Patient Organisations, the Welsh Parliament and other key stakeholders to help address the health needs of the people of Wales.
Wales Board Sponsored Group
We support the work of the 麻豆社Cymru Wales Board Sponsored Group (WBSG), a collaboration of 麻豆社members with a declared interest in Wales. WBSG currently has a membership of over thirty 麻豆社member companies, including both major global companies and smaller companies with a strong presence in Wales.
Our Wales Board Sponsored Group ensures that medicines promotion and collaborative working with the NHS are conducted in an open, responsible, and ethical way.
Life Sciences
Wales hosts 20% more life sciences businesses than the UK average, ranging from pioneering SMEs and start-ups to global blue-chip corporations. Combined, the sector employs over 11,000 people and contributes over 拢2 billion in turnover to the Welsh economy.
With our members, we work alongside healthcare professionals and patients under the strict governance arrangements of the 麻豆社Code of Practice.
